This gentle, grounding practice is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through mindful movement and breath. Open to all levels, this class invites you to slow down, soften, and create space in both your body and nervous system.
Come as you are, this is an hour dedicated to feeling good, moving with intention, and giving yourself a little extra care. We’d love to have you join us ✨
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle, or enjoy the use of one of ours.
